On october 26th, Ra One was released on the occasion of Diwali! Although on day 1 it failed to pass Bodyguard on day 3 it broke all records!
Well, from what i've heard, most of people didn't like the movie. So I decided to go and watch it, my review is at follows:
The movie is centered in a videogame, where Arjun Rampal is the Villain (Ra One) and Shahrukh Khan is the good one (G One). For an Indian movie, it's really good because SRK has added special effects and he's tried to do it the best he could. Most of the people have started comparing it to Hollywood movies such as Robocop or Matrix, which we can't do!!! We have to bear in mind that the movie has a storyline behind it, and what we have to look at is at that. The victory of good vs evil like the victory of Lord Ram when he returned to Ayodhya after 14 years of exile. In the movie we can see the scene where they born Ravan on the day of Dassera!
We should see the values of the child Armaan Verma (in the movie Prateek Subramanium or Lucifer) had, although he didn't like it when he lost his dad, he immediately realised he didn't want to loose G One.
If you've not seen the movie yet, I advise you to go and watch it in 3D and then judge what other's have said! Each and every Bollywood movie has a beautiful story line behind it, its up to us if we want to judge the story, the effects or the characters, for me Srk did a great job, and the movie was awesome!
